Disclaimer
Welcome to Maktora (the "Platform"). This statement explains the scope of responsibility for the Platform in the process of requirements interviews, AI initial estimates, manual reviews, payment, development collaboration, and delivery. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this statement.
1. Nature of Service
The Platform provides software development requirements organization, initial estimates, spec document generation, manual review, case matching, and delivery process management. Estimates, documents, quotes, and advice on the Platform are, unless otherwise confirmed in writing, informational aids for requirements assessment and communication — not guaranteed commitments.
2. AI Output and Manual Review
The Platform may use AI to help organize requirements, generate initial specs, and estimate timelines and budgets. AI output may be limited by the completeness of user-provided information, description accuracy, attachment content, and model judgment — accuracy, completeness, or suitability cannot be guaranteed.
3. Quotes and Timelines
Estimated timelines, initial quotes, add-on service fees, and payment ratios displayed on the Platform may change due to requirement changes, technical constraints, third-party service fees, data migration, security requirements, regulatory compliance, or acceptance criteria adjustments.
4. User-Provided Information
Users must ensure that submitted requirements, attachments, text, images, business data, and account information are lawful and authorized for submission. Users are responsible for any damages, delays, third-party claims, or legal liabilities arising from false, infringing, illegal, or incomplete information.
5. Third-Party Services
The Platform may integrate or reference third-party services such as login authentication, cloud storage, AI APIs, payment gateways, Google Drive, or other external tools. Availability, security, fees, policies, and service interruptions of third-party services are governed by those providers.
6. Payment and Delivery
Payment completion, order status, delivery download records, and acceptance processes are governed by the Platform's backend records, payment gateway callbacks, and mutually confirmed content. Page status may temporarily be out of sync pending payment gateway callbacks, bank processing delays, or pending manual confirmation.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Platform is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, business losses, data loss, lost profits, business interruption, or third-party claims. If liability is established by law, it is limited to the amount actually paid to and confirmed received by the Platform for the relevant case.
8. Statement Updates
The Platform may update this statement due to service changes, regulations, security, or operational needs. Updated content will be published on this page and effective from the date of publication.
